The Thanda Solar marketing website does not include analytics trackers or advertising pixels, and does not set cookies. The website host may process the connection details needed to deliver the pages and operate the service.

Campaign links and click events

If you arrive through a tagged advertising link, this website carries a limited set of campaign codes and click references through internal links and the Store quote link. It keeps that context in the URL for the current journey, without a campaign cookie or separate browser-storage record. Untagged links do not create campaign codes. Avoid putting personal details in campaign tags or shared URLs.

Product, quote and contact clicks add a small event to an in-memory queue in the current page. This queue contains the page path, public product identifiers or the type of contact link, rather than your enquiry details. It is not sent to an analytics or advertising service by this website. Clicking a quote link does not establish that an enquiry was submitted.

Your product selection

When you add products to a quote selection, this website stores the product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage. This helps keep the selection available as you move between pages. It does not store your name, email address or telephone number.

You can remove products from the selection or clear this website’s storage through your browser settings. Continuing to the Thanda Store passes the selected products and quantities to the store.

Your display preference

The site opens in light mode. If you use the dark-mode toggle, your browser saves that choice for your next visit. It stores only your display preference, and you can change it using the toggle or clear it in your browser settings.

Quotes and enquiries

Quote requests are completed on store.thanda.solar. The store handles the contact details and other information you provide in that form. Information sent by email, telephone, WhatsApp or a repair request is used to respond to and manage your enquiry. A quote request is not a marketing subscription.

Share the details needed for your request. Avoid including passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information in an enquiry or attachment.

Other services

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and manufacturer resources open those services. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them. Maps and chat widgets are not embedded in this website.
